Louise Elliott

 A Community Events Manager plans and runs activities that bring people together. I look at the logistics, promotion, and coordination while working with hirers and members of the public to create friendly service and organised community experiences. 

Work hard, but find the fun and laughter during your day!

Before starting at Itchen College days: I have been an interior designer- I got paid to drawer and talk to people, recession dropped a water balloon on that! I got a job as a sales administrator and had new successful projects to manage, we worked hard equally, it was a great environment, with lots of laughter. I had itchy feet to travel, so gave this up to work within the travel industry, had some amazing experiences, picked up a number of roles and skills, and took away so many amazing memories!

If you want to do something, reach for those goals and do it!
