Jo Brooke

I lead the strategic development and delivery of adult and community education, build partnerships with employers and stakeholders, and drive business growth across the college. My role focuses on expanding high-quality learning opportunities, securing funding, strengthening community engagement, and ensuring programmes meet local skills needs and support learner progression. 

I enjoy working at Itchen College because it brings together passionate staff, strong community values, and a shared commitment to helping people progress. It’s a place where partnerships thrive and learners are at the heart of everything. 

I help create opportunities for adults in our community to learn, grow and progress, and I work with local partners to make sure our programmes really meet people’s needs.
